Scum Terrorist

Guys, I have an idea for a new role. Here's what it is: The Scum Terrorist. The Scum Terrorist has the ability to kill one player even if they are being protected. But it comes at a cost. If he uses it, then he dies with them, and the murderor permanently loses the ability to murder. Do you think this a good idea, or do you think it gives the scum too much of an advantage. And also, if he uses it on the Suicuder, the suicider survives but the terrorist dies. Or how do you guys think the suicide thing should work?
